Medellín and Antioquia have been the home of visionary, strong and resilient people, who in addition to generating wealth for the region, have known how to reinvest it in the well-being of society. Thanks to this philanthropic effort, hospitals and educational centers have been built, and large foundations have been created that have given way to the growth and profound recovery that the region has experienced.  

The Appoggiatura society is the bridge between this legacy and the future of Filarmed. A group of people and families whose name will be reflected in the history of our institution. People who understand the value of culture and who are willing to contribute, looking to the future with certainty of the transformative power that music has had and will continue to contribute to our region.  

Being part of the Appoggiatura Society is a commitment to the future of Filarmed and at the same time a way to leave a permanent mark on our history. With an annual donation starting from 10 million pesos, you can leave your mark as an individual, as a family or as an organization.

• The members of the Appoggiatura Society are leaders and examples of the progress of our region from culture. 
• As great patrons of culture, the names of the members of the Appoggiatura Society will be captured on a plaque that will remain in the Filarmed rehearsal room. 
• For their contribution, members of the Appoggiatura Society receive a donation certificate that grants them a tax benefit on their income tax return.  

The union brings the orchestra's music to the public. Our union will take the music of Filarmed, our orchestra, to the future it deserves.
