Jorge Pinzón He began his musical training in piano, theory and oboe at the Tunja Higher School of Music and then continued in Russia at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, where he obtained the title of Master of Fine Arts.
His repertoire as a composer is broad and diverse and includes symphonic, chamber, vocal and band works. He has dedicated a series of works to the constellations with the aim of symbolizing the magnificence of the universe as creator of life and movement, of prodigious shapes, colors and structures that preserve great enigmas and consequently relate to musical systems, thanks to the infinite contribution of geometric representations, matter, time and space.
Among these works are Orion, Cassiopeia, Andromeda, Taurus, Pleiades and CapricorniusIn his piano repertoire he develops classical and neoclassical models with forms such as inventions, fugues and sonatinas with the aim of showing the timbral possibilities of the instrument and the rhythmic possibilities of the Latin American tradition.
Since 2002 he has worked as a professor of composition, theory and orchestration at the Faculty of Music of the Juan N. Corpas University in Bogotá.

James Diaz, one of the most prominent young figures in the field of musical composition in Colombia, has been awarded several prizes, commissions and scholarships important. He is currently pursuing a PhD in composition at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music (MSM).
He completed his undergraduate studies at the Conservatory of Music of the National University of Colombia. His music aims to create sound environments and particular textures, also venturing into projects that go beyond concert music, where he uses electroacoustic media and explores his main influences taken from rock music, psychedelia, as well as from the canon of Western music, Renaissance music, minimalism, architecture, photography and the Latin American landscape. inter alia.
