Gratitude concert: Filarmed connects generations

Saturday, September 21
6:00 pm
Metropolitan Theater

This concert by the Medellín Philharmonic Orchestra is a tribute to the elderly, who decades ago began to build the Medellín we know today. With their work and dedication, they made our city stand out and grow strongly. Today, their children and grandchildren continue that legacy, driving the development of Medellín. We invite you to rediscover the importance of the elders in your family, to honor their legacy and to integrate them into the cultural life of our city.

Under the direction of Tami Daniel Rueda-Blanco, this concert unites two worlds: Latin America and Europe, in a musical dialogue full of emotion and depth. It will be an experience that will awaken nostalgia and lead us to discover new worlds and soundscapes.

This concert has been selected as one of the projects benefiting from the Call for Promotion and Incentives for Art and Culture 2024 of the Secretariat of Citizen Culture of Medellín.
