An invitation to re-signification

The history of Colombia and its people has been historically marked by various conflicts and acts of violence. In 2019, the Medellín Philharmonic Orchestra created the Reconciliation Choir, a meeting space through song for victims of the conflict and signatories of peace processes. Music, that universal language which throughout time has served to sing to lovers, the land, work, and other human feelings, has become an instrument for reconciliation and peace-building, rooted in the stories of those who comprise it.
