Urabá is one of the regions with the greatest cultural wealth; the Afro and indigenous ancestry of these territories added to the arrival of migrants from other parts of the country and the region due to the banana bonanza and economic development that is taking place. 

The new generations, girls, boys, adolescents and young people have been directly and indirectly affected by the armed conflict, violence and the presence of groups outside the law along with all its personal, family, social, educational and economic consequences. affect their life projects.  

The project Orchestra Urabá Children's and Youth Philharmonic, aims to provide musical training to children, girls and young of the banana corridor of Urabá Antioquia, with the purpose of contributing to their integral development. Through music, we seek to foster cognitive, emotional and social skills, as well as promote self-esteem, creativity and a sense of belonging. This project seeks to generate a positive impact on the lives of the participants and their communities.
